I want to link your thread to wiki.blender.org. If there is no model It makes no sense.
Stating that it is not free anymore after you offered it to be free is problematic.
Usually you can’t restrict the licence as you gave your rights away already.
The next problem is that someone else contributed to the model. What is with his rights?
But you can give derived work (your more detailed car) another licence.
