Freestyle not working in Blender?

It worked before and my character came out looking great but now it’s not working I’ve tried 3 times on the same character, yesterday I tried it on a male model and it worked It actually came out pretty well. but this one looks strange. Also she looks kind of glossy I’m not sure why it came out that way before it looked smooth.

This is the tut I used, I used a model from Fuse Mixamo instead of Make Human so I had to change a few things

Um I’m not sure how many links I can post,
These are my settings
I’ve watched the video a lot
And copied his settings and I just don’t know

When I added a camera to your blend file and render (F12) I see freestyle lines.
Freestyle is a post rendering effect so don’t expect to see it in the viewport when set to rendered
