game engine and .avi video

I have a problem with the game engine.
My game consists in moving a character in a room.
When it reaches a table, i want to start a .AVI video and then after it finishes i want to return in my game.
How can i do?

Right now there is no support for video textures. There’s a script out there but I’m not sure where.

If you just want to use a video cutscene, you could also use FMV. It’s easier to use and it has support on more machines. As far as I know FMV and the Video Texture Player are Windows only. I have an FMV download on my site.
