Geometry Node Creation

Hello!

I am looking for someone to aid in the creation of a geometry node setup for procedurally generated flows of a wood-like straps over a base model that has the a general form. The final output would look similar this.

Parameters include adjustable densities/randomized min/max widths and lengths of planks, adjustable random deviations from shell (stray / flyaway strands) - etc

The idea it should be a procedural setup so that the base shell can be modifiable.

I am hoping for less than 2 week or so timeframe. I am not sure what goes into this kind of work so budget to be discussed.
