Geometry Node (Rotation)

Why is the rotation in geonodes not rotation properly. The Mesh is twisted.

You need to apply the scale for the transformation to be correct, or it will transform the mesh relative to the scale which will distort the mesh.

You need to have a scale of 1 in X Y and Z axis, so that when you transform in geometry nodes, it will not deform. You can select the object in object mode, and then press CTRL + A and apply scale.

Or you can find it under object > apply > scale
