Getting an issue when Baking a Diffuse Map

As you can see this looks very messy.

I’m trying to create an ID map but these lines all over the diffuse map stop it from working.
Any idea how to clean it up?

Here are my bake settings too

You need to clean up your UV map…select the meshes that are causing that mess, and Hide everything else from scene and camera view, having just the meshes that have a bad map, and fix the UV…then you can select all again and pack the islands…
