I’m supposed to model a character for a 3D modeling class but I can’t find any reference images for any characters I can think of. It seems that all there really is on Google are superheroes and DBZ characters, but of which I can’t help but scroll past. I need a good A-frame or, at the very least, a T-frame with at least front and side views. Does anyone know of a free library or archive of character references or turnarounds? I can’t find any sites as Google only gives my crap from Tumblr (sometimes I wonder why I still use a search engine lol). Anyway, any help would be hot.
CG cookie has a free archived tut on creating a character concept. Source files include a turn around that you maybe able to adapt.
For reference images of humans you could use https://www.3d.sk/
There are lots of nude photographic references for 3D modelling.
