Glass bowl with Painted Underside

Hi guys, just wanted to ask people opinion on how to correctly approach this material:

I have this sp far which is using a normal glass node but I feel a if the glass just isnt quite right. the object is a glass ball with some sparkle-y bits underneath it and the underside of the bowl is painted with a black paint, any tips would be amazing, thanks

Seems pretty close to me. I thought both images were photos of the same product at first. I think that you may want to round the edge a bit more, and maybe have the black paint more glossy to match the reference.

It could be worth checking this out and see how its made. Its free and is looks very close to the style you are looking for

Procedural Glossy Paint

Looks amazing!
Have you used a geometry based mask for the inside? Like based on normals, to mask it away from the outside, or vertex paint?
Also the white trips, is it voronoi based?
I would do it somehow like that, but interested what your approach was
