Glass Cactus rendered based on real-life model

Personal project using image textures, modeling, and shader nodes to replicate the lil’ glass cactus that sits by my desk every morning. My favorite part about modeling this was making the glass realistic and capturing the little imperfections that were on the real, handmade glass model.

Used Pro Lens for vignette and an HDRI. Tried to render with Cycles but was super distorted while the viewport render was just fine, so that’s why there’s the xyz lines on the bottom (looks kinda cool at least).

Appreciate any feedback for what I can improve on!

it looks nice !
the real one captured more reflections or maybe refractions then the rendered one !
i think its the IOR
i also sometimes use the viewport render , because its faster ! Xb

Haha yeah even with the HDRI, might try experimenting with roughness and adding the internal bubbles like the real-life model shows, thanks!
