Glossy material reflects badly on the model

Hey all!
i made a glossy metalic paint like material and i put it on this car model, but it reflects weirdly on some places.



Please help me if someone know whats wrong.

i figured out, it’s beacuse it not smooth shaded. But i can’t smooth it now, or can i do something to make it work?

Why is it triangulated? Besides that every single edge is marked as sharp, judging from the viewport. It’s not surprising it won’t smooth shade. Select the entire mesh in edit mode and clear sharp. You might not like the end result though. The polycount may be a bit low.

I converted this model out from GTA:SA .dff file, and it was already triangulated. Btw thanks, i cleared sharp and it became quite better, still a bit clunky tho, anything else could i do for a better result?

I think you’d have to retopologize it to get rid of the triangulation?
