Glowing edges on glass object

Hi all!
I have a glass cube and I’m trying to make a glowing light effect like in this video (

from 1:09 to 1:33). I created 2 “Area” type light sources, one on the top of my object and the other on bottom, but my light always floods through the whole object. How could I make light shine only on edges?
Thanks a lot in advance!

Maybe you could try a mix between a Translucent and a Glass, with a Gradient as factor? Also I’ve put an Area under the cube

Thanks a lot for suggestion!
I tried to play around with node composition like you suggested, but I’m obviously doing something wrong since I’m not getting the same nice effect like you. Can you tell what is the orange element on the bottom? Just a colored plane? Do I have to have one to achieve the same effect? And how would I get the same glow on the upper part of the object?
I appreciate your help, sorry for so many questions I’m very much a beginner in Blender

I put a light > area under the cube, here is the file: https://workupload.com/file/Tw5Gf7ScJCg
