Glowing Vertices?

Hi all, does anyone know how to emit vertex points?
Here is an example of what I’m trying to achieve:

you can try point density texture, but simply dupliverting a tiny emitter should be faster…
in internal there’s a halo material for that

Hmm, I’ll check out the point density again, but it’s super slow for some reason…
I wish I could emit the vertex points like in internal, but in Cycles lol :frowning:

parent mesh sphere to mesh, duplication -> verts, scale sphere down to the size you want… add blooms in comp
