Trying to get this right but no luck. Is it possible to do Modulo on Modulo for a selection?

I can answer right away, but I think you can see why it doesn’t work on your own by inspecting the value you’re getting.
Try to use the spreadsheet to see what the first modulo is doing , then the second, and then why it is so 
If that’s still an issue I’ll give you more info…
As for how to get the selection you’re looking for , can you highlight what you want exactly, it’s a bit unclear …

yeah , say you have 8 vertex, modulo 3 will give you 0,1,2,3,0,1,2,3 .
Modulo 3 on that will give exactly the same result since you ask it to loop between 0 and 3…
As for how to select your points, maybe modulo is part of the solution but it’s hard to tell what to do from there, you probably need to spend a bunch of time to solve that, it’s part of the fun of working with nodes…
