Good resources for human rigging?

I’m sure it has been asked before (I may even have asked it, long ago), but I can’t seem to find any comprehensive thread or other resource for how to do a highly versatile, detailed human rig. My trailer project is currently using a crude rig for testing, but very soon, I will need to improve massivey on it. Things like shoulder and hip deformations, easier hand controls, realistic lip movement, all the good stuff, is something I will need to study in detail once more. I would love it if this thread could round up a lot of the good resources on doing these things, in great detail. Not the “how does rigging in Blender work” or “general tips on animation” kind, and please not the “just use the built-in meta-rig” kind, but stuff directly aimed at making very good, realism-style human rigs, and preferably lots of the advanced stuff like muscle mimicry and so on.

Anybody got some of that good stuff?
