This is a city I made in Blender with the idea being that it’s a futuristic Gothic World.
The 2nd piece was created by rendering in cycles with de-noising turned on but only 1 sample. This creates a painterly vibe. I then did some painting over the top but it was quite minimal.
Increasing the camera clipping would be the way. Not working in the right scale will mess up things like lighting, depth of field, and other things such as those.
