Looking pretty good man. I don’t think you need to worry too much about getting the architecture authentic gothic, just model your imagination.
BTW, what has wicca got to do with goths? I used to be wiccan myself ( wasn’t right for me, I’m pagan but do my own thing ) and know many people who are, a few of them are goths, but most aren’t
for the cloak you could follow part of the “dead twice” tutorial from 3dtotal. Its made for 3ds max but you can probably follow it with blender. Thats what im making right now. (check my skull WIP).

Other, than that, it looks great. Some of the edges look a bit sharp though.
