As a nature nerd I love the snippets about the plants and creatures of this world. From Iron Gold / the Red Rising series by Pierce Brown - this is just a fun little bit of worldbuilding, no worries, you haven’t been spoilered

I love using the build modifier to get that effect of having the artwork be drawn in.
The dancer’s body was sculpted and then converted into grease pencil, and everything else was made with grease pencil. The paper texture was added in the compositor. The text was added as a JPG image (made in Krita and exported) and then converted with the function “trace image to grease pencil”
I use a lot of grease pencil masks, they’re one of my favourite grease pencil tools, and if you’re curious this video explains how I used them in this piece:
