Helloo , i’ve a weird issue the grease pencil overlays don’t show up , i’ve a grease pencil objet i’m in draw mode and when i click on overlays nothing grease pencil related showed up 
any help are welcome
That is because Overlays popover has been split into two popovers.
The one you show is for global overlays, visible in all modes.
The one with Grease Pencil icon, next to it, is for Overlays specific to active mode of active object type.
