Grey Shadow Catcher Pass makes all the renders darker

Hey everyone, I’ve been trying out backplates recently and playing around with the new shadow catcher feature in blender 3.0. The issue I got is that the shadow catcher pass I get is always darker than white ( excluding the shadow itself ) Which makes the overall image darker whenever I add the pass over the backplate. How can I overcome this issue?
I attached the composition set-up as well as my shadow catcher material and render outputs.



You rendered your scene in Filmic.
You can replace the grey with white in your image processing or render your scene in sRBG (Standard).

Hey! Thanks for the reply, I just re-rendered using standard view transform but unfortunately I still get a grey shadow catcher…
