Grids visible on displacement map

I was making model with multires and when i finished detailing my model… i baked it using multi res. But when i baked displacement map it has some line and grid are visible to it…as you can see in image


… i searched about it but i dont get any proper solution…my mesh is already smooth as you can see sculpt level and base menh level




please tell me out this problem…!!!

Isn’t this what to expect if baked from high to low multires? The difference on the edges is lower than in between? What does this look like if you use this as displacement map on the lower res?
