Grög the Adventurer

A character concept I did to improve my cartoon style in 3D. I used Blender for the modeling and rendering part and Substance Painter for the textures.

Thanks  The new Spongebob movie has such a strong 3D/2D style mix. It was definitely an inspiration :stuck_out_tongue:

Awesome character! Well done. Lots of personality.

Really nice work. Well done. I am a huge fan of “3D vs 2D” ideologies. But when at some point works like this blend both of these genres together perfectly, then is a classic example in the end how things should be done when it comes to cartoons.

I modeled this character with some low poly primitives to get a feeling for the shape and volume. Then I refined it. I hope this helps

Excellent work, keep it up.
