GUI after animation

Hi, I need a help learning BGE.

Is there anyway to add GUI after playing a video or animation? Like the game “Trollface Quest”, a comedy point and click puzzle game where you need to figure out problems then an animation will play after clicking on an interactive object then shows the result if you fail or you succeed.

I hope you get what I’m trying to say.
