Made hair, managed to pull it into shape. This isnt a final product but as of right now more of a test to see how to make hair and shape it effectively. I have kind of done that, and it looks fine in viewport, even though a bit imperfect that is not what I am trying to fix. My big problem right now is that the hair goes absolutely BONKERS, CRAZY when I do a render. I used cycles for this. I have provided the modifiers list in the attachments, however if any other info is needed or you need the blend file, I am happy to oblige.
When I remove the modifiers, it gets even crazier, so that did not work in case anyone was going to suggest that. More clump modifiers did not make the hair calmer either. Please help
Try disabling the Surface Deform and the Shrinkwrap modifiers ( Screen Icon in the modifiers) and see if that will give you a render…
I think you might have to apply the shrink-wrap modifier to stop them fighting each other…
If not then we would need to see the Blend file…
Note: Since it contains a Genesis Mesh you might want to send it in a DM to me as I have Daz and all of the Genesis Versions…from 3 > 9… since you shouldn’t share the mesh out there for anyone to get…
well, didnt really work. I will try enabling them again and then applying the shrinkwrap and see how that goes. If that does not work ill send u dm, is it fine if i only send the head though?
Ok well that kind of fixed the problem, the new problem is that the hair is crazy by default XD I will try to apply them in a different order and see how that goes
here are the images tho
Thanks to @RSEhlers I managed to solve the problem. Well he did it for me kind of. Apparently my haircap multires messes with it. For anyone who stumbles upon this post: If your haircap has a multires, make all of them the same number and THEN do the hair, it might lag but your hair wont go crazy upon rendering
