Hallo - Pillar of Autumn

Hi everyone,
at the moment I model the Pillar of Autumn from Halo for a great space scene. Details are very important for me and i try to copy all of the details. The spaceship is 1/3 done and the polycounter is is already ridiculous high at subsurf lvl 1~2 but hey :smiley:

Now please take a look. The next days I will update this theard and i hope i have nothing to do at work :stuck_out_tongue:

Looking good! Have you decided whether to use cycles or internal yet (or external)?

I think i will use cycles for my own and a second version with Vray. Currently i learn 3Ds MAX in combination with Vray and this will be my first try. I hope I have time today to go on with this project.

This is looking great, Ein! The details are really pleasing to behold. We understand that you may not have a lot of time to work on it, so don’t worry about that. I can’t wait to see how it progresses!
