Ok, so ive set up some spotlights that cast shadows perfectly… I turn on ‘halo’ and all of a sudden the light halo shines rite thru all of the objects that used to cast shadows. How can I keep the light from going thru the objects?
You need to change the “HaloStep” property to something other than 0. It’s right below the ‘samples’ button in the light buttons. 0 = off, 1 = highest quality, 12 = fastest. I normally don’t use anything below 4 or 5 because it renders way too slowly.
