I often try to get blender+yafray photorealistic renders of my works modeled into a CAD software, using STL as interchange format.
This is one of them, i like to share it with you all, that often inspirate my improvements.
Pretty good. Try putting a very slight bevel on the corners. Very few things today have perfectly sharp corners, and plastic items are not one of them. Even if you can’t really notice it, almost everything has a slight curve on the corners, even if just to keep people from getting cut on them.
Hmm…if I look close I can see it…sorry about that. I guess the whole style reminds me of the mid 90’s. You know, everything’s white with sharp(ish), defined corners. Today everything seems to be black, sleek, and shiny.
