Hank, the Eccedentesiast

Here’s a character I made for a friend!
My good pal Nazzal Naseer came up with the idea for this guy, and approached me to visualize it in 3D. It was a lot of fun and a huge learning experience.
All modeling done in Blender, rendered with Cycles, textured with Photoshop and Substance Painter.

That’s what I was hoping for! Thank you

Really great! I love the style… almost Burton-esk.
I could definitely see this character waiting on the “other side” in Beetlejuice. :metal:t2:

YEEE THANK UU
The teeth texture is something I fiddled with quite a bit. Yellow clashed with the rest of him too much. I ended up going with somewhat pale greenish, not too clean but not shabby either just to make them stand out. Whiter at tips, darker near gums. Do you feel it looks unnatural tho?

Excellent job!!

Thanks!! It was a lot of back and forth with testing, so I’m glad to hear that

Thanks UU and Oooh~ lol that character looks cute

Oh my, thank you :eyes:

Holy geez that’s disturbing. Like Tim Burton’s idea of the zombie-child of Jar Jar and Howard the Duck.
