I think you “nailed” the soft body physics. Love the belly wobble and the way the head sort of disappears. I imagine it was a bit tricky to get the facial features right with all that going on. Love it!!!
It was actually done with a really great addon posted here to the forums that uses armatures rather than sofbodies. Wiggle bones (a jiggle bone implementation for 2.8) I find it much easier to control especially when making loops.
