The texture on the nose is probably the best part of this- it looks super realistic, well done there Since you’re looking for focused critique, I would say the skin on the face could use a bump map as well, for some texture, possibly even some short hair

but I actually didn’t thought about adding some hair.
I will definitely play around a bit with that.
I like him, a really cute and appealing character. Could you do a render in cycles, though? I wonder if the maybe the hair would look better. As it is now, I’m not too fond of that black edge on the chin.
