Made in Blender 2.82 and 2.79
Angry mutant, not too much detailed.
Model without UV mapping, only vertex textures(except box mapped dirt).
For vertex painting, and dynamic topology sculpting for me is better to still use Blender 2.79.

I’ve been testing Blender’s Sculpt-dev for a while now and admit I’m impressed
Dyntopo works much smoother, you can model / paint in EEVEE in real time, besides, when you have a uv, dyntopo tries not to spoil it, which is not perfect yet, but it is a big step in a very good direction.
I admit that I love this project a lot, because smooth sculpting, with the possibility of painting vertices, helps to quickly “sketch” something.
I love these! Gives me Chtulu-Vibes, mixed with some Giger
