HDRI mapping problem

How should i map a HDRI map like this one? http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3130/2862718638_1b632ff85b.jpg I’ve searched for an answer, but there were no wright opinion. I tried a lot by myself, but could not find solution That is why a always use light probe maps.

Try using the AngMap mapping option.
