Maybe the Hair is a little bit unrealistic. But everything else is perfect.
A slight comment for possible difference? The eyes could possibly do with a few micro veins as they seem too white/clean, pupil size seems a little uneven, the right/far eye is bigger pupil but should be slightly smaller etc. (me total noobie) what do I know 
This rendering does seem slightly better overall. The others have a bit of blotchiness to them. Still, really nice portraiture.
