Well, tell me what you think. I know the head has much work to be done to it. If you have any suggestion/critic, I would be grateful for it for it. This is my first head.

That is a nice start. But give the dude some eyelids. That is freakin me out! :o
There is also some weird pinching around the eyebrow area. Maybe fix that as well.
