Hey everyone, it’s my first post after a while. I wanted to share this artwork I finished recently. It’s called Heal.
I made this project to work on my lighting skills, but also to try and create meaningful work. The scene is quite simple:
And it’s made using some assets from Blendkit.
The whole artwork is about mental health, so I tried to dress the scene with some posters about it that you can find in some hospitals in my country (Chile).

I wonder if that vending machine is offering healing to the users or is the machine itself being healed? After all, we are depending too much on machines, and getting rid of them is a way to heal ourselves.
Being a mental health awareness artwork, I mostly thought about overcoming inhospitable places and growing anyway, hence the tree growing out of a vending machine
