Maybe you can just make it in a T-pose, and bring it into mixamo? 
He seems gone or something, he didn’t see nor respond my messages maybe this char rig isn’t too important for him anymore

- And is THAT the actual mesh, with the fists closed? That will limit what can be done with rigging.
