My first sculpt looked nothing near as nice.
Though on your question did you reach the concept art, I would say no.
Your sculpt is a very nice sculpted catlike face, the concept on the other hand shows off a catlike character.
Sharp ears, the whisker area is made to look like a moustache, wide open eyes, eyebrows showing a lot of personality.
A lot of harsh defining edges to make up a personality, so the next step would be integrating the personality from the concept art to the sculpt.
But if you just wanted to make the same catlike type of face then I said nothing.
Like I said the sculpt is great…is the concept art yours too?
well i would say that the mouth looks bigger than that concept art ,and the ears looks more roundy but thats ok,
i like the amount of details you give around the ears and the eyes area ,
i would say you should now go the hardiest part: texturing

open eyes, , I sculpt them close as you know to control them after that ! and about eyebrows I have not done it yet, still a lot to do ! and yeah you right i should work on catlike character.
