Help getting pyTTSx updated to python 3.5.1?

I need to get python based text to speech working for a augmented communication app I am working on for children with nonverbal autism,

so I got it running in my system path, but how do I move the necessary files to blender / lib if I don’t know what they all are?

is there a way to run a script, and log every dependency?

what about move the whole structure into blender/python/lib and keep the relative paths?
