I’m trying to make a frosted glass shader like seen in my reference image
But it isn’t quite looking right

You could use GN to store colors and positions and drive the gradients off of that:

How did you get this BDSF Shader?
It is the new version of the principled shader (Blender 4.0), you can do it with the old one as well.
Along with @zeroskilz suggestion, the use of SubSurface Scattering can add a lot of the gradient textures under the surface…
I happened to be playing with something simular…
This is it for the shader, the rest is lighting…
