Help Needed: Kirby 3D Model – Eye Animation for Unreal Engine

Hi everyone,

I’m working on a Kirby fan game in Unreal Engine 5.5 and need help setting up the eyes on my 3D Kirby model (downloaded from the internet). I know how to animate using the model in Blender, but my only problem is with the eyes—I don’t know how to turn on or off certain eyes for things like blinking or changing expressions.

What I Need Help With:

  • I can send you the project files, and I’d really appreciate it if you could take a look and tell me exactly what I need to press or select to turn different eyes on and off (for example, for blinking, squinting, surprised, etc.)—either in Blender or Unreal, whichever is easier to work with since I’ll be exporting everything to Unreal anyway.
  • If there isn’t a way to do this with the current setup, I’d appreciate it if you could fix it for me so that updating the eyes and animating new expressions will be easy when I make the rest of the animations later on.

Basically, I’m looking for a workflow where I can easily animate Kirby’s eyes for different expressions (blinking, surprised, squinting, etc.) in Unreal Engine 5.5 or in Blender.

About Me:

  • I’m still learning Blender and Unreal, so clear instructions or hands-on help would be appreciated.

Payment:

  • I’m willing to pay for your help via PayPal—please let me know your rates.

If you can help or need more info, please DM me. Thanks so much!
