Help!! Rigid body Constraints glitch

So i just finished making a awsome ragdoll script. When i put the collision boxes with the constraints in a hidden layer and run the game blender crashes. Does anyone know a workaround to this issue.

 In a final attempt i tried to write a script that creates the constraints in game, but i'm using the cone twist constraint and in the script i only know ball,hinge,6dof constraint types.  I cant find documentation on cone twist.  without cone twist my ragdoll bends stupid.
