help with advice about rig

The armature is selected in pose mode and the hand object is in the right place, but in editing mode its position and the position of the nails change. The coloring of the hand weight has not yet been done and when coloring the textures are shifted. What needs to be fixed first?




Maybe unparent from the armature, paint and then parent again. The Vertex groups’ names will still be valid.
