I’ve search for tutorials on YouTube but there are none. I asked on reddit no one answered me please. I really need help with this.
As a thought, your hairs are too long and too many on the eyebrow. Should look like a fading caterpillar with short hairs.

Get a magazine with a picture of your subject. Stare at it ad nauseum. Go to a hair salon, ask a question or two. Or the boldest: Find someone nice to look at and get real close and stare for a bit.
I think this is like the best help one could give you: a hand at sharpening, then applying, your observational skills.
