Im new to blender and i wanted to know how can i do this function in blender
I would like to vertex A to B in the Y axies i mean just moving it down and snapping it at the same position as B vertex , in maya this can be done easly by snapping on vertex and moving the A Vertex down and it easly snaps
is there a way to do this on blender ?
i havent used vertex snapping a lot, so i cant tell if that solves the problem, however the metod i have used so far is this.
set the pivit point to active select
then select vertex A then B (in that order so B is the last selected)
then scale it down to 0 along the y axses.
i always use this method when i want to align verteses perfectly with other verteses.
tips, if you want a vertex to have the same X and Z location as another vertex, you can use this method, and type S (to scale) 0 (to flatten it) and Shift+Y (to tell blender witch axses you wish to flatten it to)
