Can I set freestyle lines to change the thickness by node or timeline? In one keyframe, 2000 thickness value and after, on keyframe ten a differente thickness value? Can I do this or I can´t animate freestyle?

Yes, Freestyle line styles can be animated.
In 2.79:
-
place the mouse pointer over the value that you want to set a keyframe for (eg: thickness)
-
press “i” to add a keyframe. The value will turn yellow.

move to another frame, change the value (of thickness, in this example)

press “i” again to set a second keyframe.
You will see the value turn:
- yellow in keyframes
- green in inbetween frames
