Last three days I looking for the solution of my problem.
THe retopo works not as I think as it can )))
here on the pictures you may see as it work on mi case.
but I need to as here

When the Retopo toggle button is pressed, any change to a vertex will cause it to be snapped to the surface of another model. :eyebrowlift:
