Likeness here is really good! If i may offer som critic. The skin texture is very bland and the white background with the white shirt is not helping.
U lack some sss and the entire skin shader could use some redness and contrast.
The eyes look really good.
Oh one more thing, the hair is way to uniform, its good but to uniform.
