I work at @wickedpixels_vfx based in Cape Town, South Africa. We specialize in animation and VFX for tv commercials and we’re looking for top notch talent. We work in Houdini / Cinema 4D / Blender / AE / Nuke and are looking to strengthen our team for the next few months as we have a lot of high end commercials coming in.
A lot of the upcoming work is for car brands, so the ads will naturally feature a mixture of CGI and live action cars which need to seamlessly blend together. Alongside that are lots of opportunities for VFX, motion design, transitions, set extensions, etc.
Things like rotoscoping, tracking and clean ups and asset modelling are done elsewhere, we want our artists to focus on the craft of making gorgeous frames and beautiful animation - So texturing, lighting, animation should be your strongest skills.
We are open to freelance, permanent or contract and remote or on site.
