Jeskola Buzz - http://www.buzzmachines.com
Learn how to use that (its a digital composer).
Get a Buzz VST loader machine (do a search anyware)
Then get SampleTank FREE, install it and then download the orchestra instruments on their download page (you can also get bongos, congas, drumkit, guitars, violins).http://www.sampletank.com
Sampletank FREE is a VST instrument plugin use-able in Buzz and then sequenced into ‘tracks’.

And I can only agree upon the choice of music apps. Buzz is really excellent, though it helps a lot if you really know what you’re doing, otherwise you’ll have a hard time making something that sounds OK.
