House in the forest

Hi!

I’d like to present my personal project - House in the forest.

This time I wanted to create something different from typical, “flat” environment as it’s usually in commercial projects. I created 3 different lightning scenarios - daily, overcast and night.

In this project, I also tested AI for postproduction - especially for greenery. In my opinion, the results are pretty good.

Thanks for reading

Nice renderings. What AI have you used for post production, and can you put the changes the AI made directly into your pictures the next time, means, are you able to learn from the AI?

I used Leonardo. It gave really nice results, especially for greenery.

But in some places (like walls and general in architectural elements), in my opinion, it makes weird things.

So at last you must blend two images into one, i.e. in Photoshop.

I tested many AI tools, and my conclusion is that the input must be good quality.

Below - one shot before and after Leonardo (skip lightning in windows, because I changed it during postproduction without AI).

The first one is after, and the second one is before.

Interesting. From what i can see it makes the greenery a bit brighter, something i do often too in post work. And second it creates more “detail”, not sure if thats good, but thats a common AI task.

In my opinion, greenery is definitely more detailed. Of course, it depends on the distance from the camera. I noticed that objects close to the camera gain really good details, and objects far from the camera more frequently gain weird artefacts. So you have to be careful what you want to improve. Overall, I think it’s good tool.

You’re on the featured row! :+1:
