How can I change fps/Frame per second in blender 2.6 ?

I would like to edit keyframe animation in 60fps oppose to blender’s default 24 fps but cannot find the option “Playback->Set Frames/sec” in Blender 2.6 (the option existed in Blender 2.49)

in the properties button.

Yes in the render tab, dimensions panel, there’s a drop down list named frame rate, you can select a value or create a new one with custom.
